Bubbles
Bubbles is an AI companion that walks visitors through a place in a voice you author, learns from what they tell it, and sends each visitor home with a private keepsake of the visit.
A guide is authored, not coded
You describe who the guide is (its voice, what it knows, how it carries itself) and you lay out the place it lives in: a city walk on the map, or a venue on its own floor plan, with its rooms, its paths, its program. The same simple pieces become a conference concierge who knows the whole track, a festival guide who hands you the running order, or a museum companion that lingers where it is worth your time.
How it works
- Author the character. Give it a name, a voice and a point of view. No code.
- Lay out the place. Drop waypoints on a map or floor plan, each with a line of commentary and an insider tip.
- Visitors walk with it. It speaks about each stop in its own voice, points the way, and asks what they made of it.
- It learns. With visitors’ consent, their impressions pool, so the guide comes to know your venue and tells the next visitor a little more richly.
Your event lives on in their pocket
When the visit ends, Bubbles doesn’t disappear. Every place a visitor saw becomes a memory inside a companion that is theirs, one that remembers where they have been and quietly grows, shifting its look and personality with the places they explore next. Your event becomes something they carry, not something they close.
On a headset, it comes alive
In augmented reality the companion drifts alongside the visitor as a living presence, the places they have gathered orbit it as small worlds they can revisit by name, and indoors it leads them along the real route, room to room, talking as they go. Bubbles was developed and presented at XR Creator Con 2026 in Berlin, where it authored guide stops live on the conference floor.
Try it in Cișmigiu Park
The first public Bubble is a live guide of Cișmigiu Park in Bucharest. Open it on your phone and start walking, or step into it on a headset.
Built to run lean
Bubbles runs on Anthropic’s Claude (a capable model for conversation, a fast one for everything else, with prompt caching), a lightweight Python backend, WebXR and Three.js for 3D and AR, and OpenStreetMap for maps and places, with no paid map keys and no vendor lock-in.
Bring a Bubble to your event
We are looking for festivals, museums, conferences and city-tour partners to pilot Bubbles. A guide only ever learns from a visitor if they opt in; shared locations are fuzzed and private spots can be excluded.
